We offer a 30-day free trial to new users, which provides full access to our premium content. To begin, you must enter valid payment details through our secure Stripe checkout.
You will not be charged during the trial period.
If not cancelled before the end of the 30 days, your plan will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged.
2.2. Cancellation of Trial
You may cancel your trial at any time before the trial ends via the "Manage Your Account" link on our homepage or by emailing support@myindustryinsider.com. If you cancel during the trial, access ends immediately and no charge will be made.
2.3. Subscription Plans & Renewals
After the trial, your selected subscription will renew automatically based on the chosen billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annually). You may cancel at any time before the next renewal date to avoid further charges.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1. Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew. To avoid charges, cancel before your next billing date. Cancellation can be done by logging in via the homepage or emailing support@myindustryinsider.com.
3.2. Refunds
We do not offer refunds for:
Failure to cancel during your free trial.
Unused portions of your subscription term.
Refunds will only be considered in the event of technical errors or unauthorized transactions, and requests must be made within 7 days of the charge.
We comply with all applicable provisions of the Australian Consumer Law.
4. Product Scope and Data Updates
4.1. You acknowledge that Industry Insider is a living research product and we may, at our sole discretion, choose to pause or stop adding new data to the platform in future.
4.2. If we stop updating the portal, your account will remain active and continue to provide access to all previously available resources. No notification or cancellation will be issued automatically in this case.
5. Changes to Services and Pricing
5.1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website, Services, or pricing at any time.
5.2. Changes to pricing will not affect your current subscription term, but will apply upon renewal.
